Charlie is a Partner at TexStone Partners, where he leads investment strategy and execution across single-tenant and multi-tenant retail assets. His experience spans sourcing, acquisitions, portfolio management, and capital deployment across a wide range of retail formats and partnership structures.

Prior to TexStone, Charlie worked at Lincoln Property Company, where he led the firm’s Single-Tenant Net Lease platform and sourced, acquired, and managed more than $250 million of retail assets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Spirit Realty Capital, managing a national portfolio of over 800 properties valued at approximately $2 billion, and at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Charlie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas with his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children.
