Prior to forming TexStone Capital & Yellow House Ventures, Charlie worked at Lincoln Property Company, running Lincoln’s Single-Tenant Net Lease Fund, where he sourced, acquired, and managed over $250 million of single-tenant retail assets. Before Lincoln, he worked at Spirit Realty Capital, where he managed over 800 properties, with a cumulative value of $2 billion. Charlie began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”). Charlie has spent over 10 years in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive transactional and portfolio management experience.

Charlie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Charlie and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Dallas with their three children, Bodie, Rudy, and Olive.
