TexStone Partners’ Land & Ranch Division is led by Tom Koons, who has spent the past forty years implementing ranch and wildlife management programs on his family’s multi-generational ranch in Central Texas. Tom is a charter member and former president of the Neils Creek Wildlife Management Association, which has since expanded to more than 24,000 acres.
