Prior to joining TexStone, Charlie spent five years at Lincoln Property Company, where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management of retail properties. He contributed to over $500 million in transactions and helped lead execution on single-tenant properties, strip centers, and power centers, overseeing leasing efforts and driving asset-level value. Charlie worked across company-owned assets, joint ventures, and institutional partnerships, managing relationships and strategies to enhance performance. Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing his MBA in Real Estate Finance at Southern Methodist University. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Clara.
