Prior to forming TexStone & KoonsCo., Lee spent the majority of his real estate career at Lincoln Property Company. At Lincoln, Lee helped deliver over 1.5M square feet of mixed-use and retail product and created the national retail occupier services platform. TexStone and KoonsCo are the continuation of those foundational service lines and relationships with the added flexibility to pursue premier projects and partnerships prioritized by core value alignment.

Lee earned a B.A. from Ole Miss, an M.S. from TX A&M Commerce, and has held the CCIM designation since 2016. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Shelby, and their two sons, Jackson and James, where they attend Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
