Prior to forming TexStone Partners, Turner served as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Lincoln Property Company, where he focused on the sourcing, capitalization, and execution of retail and mixed-use projects across the country. During his 9-year tenure at Lincoln, Turner played a key role in the development, acquisition, and asset management of retail projects totaling more than $2.5 billion in value. Prior to Lincoln, Turner worked in investment sales at C-III Capital Partners, where he focused on the disposition of assets in special servicing.

Turner graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Turner and his wife, Kimberly, live in Dallas with their son, Andrew.
