Turner is a Partner at TexStone Partners, where he plays a leading role in the sourcing, capitalization, and execution of retail and mixed-use investments. He is deeply involved in structuring and executing debt and equity capital for the firm’s projects, including lender coordination, loan documentation, and partnership execution, from initial underwriting through closing.

Prior to TexStone, Turner spent nine years at Lincoln Property Company, serving as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the development, acquisition, and asset management of retail projects totaling more than $2.5 billion in value. Earlier in his career, Turner worked in investment sales at C-III Capital Partners, focusing on the disposition of assets in special servicing.

Turner graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas with his wife, Kimberly, and their son, Andrew.
